Absinthe / Pastis

I use Pernod

The Obituary

2 ounces gin
1/4 ounce dry vermouth
1/4 ounce absinthe or pastis (Pernod)

Combine ingredients with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
