2 oz reposado tequila
1 oz limoncello
1 oz lime juice
~1 tsp hot honey (or 1/4 oz simple syrup plus Several drops of chili bitters
1 egg white, optional

Several drops lemon or lime bitters to finish

If making a true souor with the eggwhite, first dry shake all ingredients (except the citrus bitters) to help form the foam, then add ice and shake more. Otherwise simply thoroughly shake all with ice.

Strain into a glass. Add a few drops of lime bitters. Enjoy!
