Menu for the week of Jan 1: Back to Reality

 

  • Sat [AM return from cabin]: Order in pizza w/ side salad

  • Sun: Mac and Cheese with Ham Recipe // Ham Macaroni & Cheese using panko instead of cornflakes and a mix of cheddar, gouda, and american cheese; w/ green salad

  • Mon: Kitchen sink salad (greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, pomegranate, feta, fried onions, Audrey dressing) w/ baguette

  • Tue: Ham, broccoli, and shredded cheddar frittata [don’t go overboard with the ham] w/ hash brown patties (notional recipe here: Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Frittata

  • Wed: Ham and shredded gouda cheese crepes (use Smoked Salmon Crepe Pinwheels recipe for crepe) w/ green salad

  • Thus: Leftover quiche

  • Fri: Order in Taqueria Xochi

  • Sun: Lasagna w/ caesar salad

  • Tue: How To Make an All-Star Baked Ziti w/ caesar salad 

  • Wed: L: turkey soup; D: lasagna / N ziti

  • Thu: L: smoked salmon dip, etc.; D: lasagna / N ziti

  • Fri: L: lasagna; D: order in Nooshi
