Inauguration Week Menu

We celebrated Inauguration Week with Hawaiian and Chicago foods. Yes, we were too wimpy to try to make Kenyan.

Sat - Hawaiian ceviche - Poke, Peruvian-style ceviche, and Poisson Cru

Sun - Miso glazed cod with wasabi mashed potatoes and miso soup (Hawaiian-ish)

Mon - Chicago-style deep-dish pizza (I made a mangia-style double-decker for myself)

Tues - Post-election Cheese, Bread, Obamacookies and champagne!

Wed - Pizza leftovers

Thus - Brats

Fri - We ate out at Central, a DC foodie stop near the White House. I don't know if I'm missing something, but it was nothing special.
