Irish Menu

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we're having an Irish-themed week, with corned beef, Beef and Guinness pie, and more.

Sunday starts the week with buttermilk scones for breakfast, and prep work on the corned beef (to be turned into hash later on) and soda bread. For dinner, we'll try making smoked salmon chowder.

Monday will be glazed corned beef

Tuesday remains salad night, we'll put together an Irish Pub Salad.

Wednesday, we both have Happy Hours, so will have leftovers or eat out.

Thursday will be Beef and Guinness Pie with green onion mashed potatoes (champs).

Friday will end the week with Baked potatoes, corned beef hash, and a salad.
