Kinda-Healthy Southern Week
Crabmeat Remick with artichoke -- we used a combination of canned and fake crabmeat. It might've been better with fresh lump crabmeat, but not actually worth it.
Seared Salmon with Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce -- again, meh. The BBQ sauce could be good with more work (spicier, tangier?) and the salmon was fine, but could be chicken or pork. Might be really good on pork ribs.
Salad and Zucchini goat-cheese tartlets
Buttermilk Fried Chicken (based off of this and perhaps oven fried with fresh corn
