Spring Vegetable Celebration Menu
Spring has been a bit late in showing up here in DC this year, so apologies if we seem to be going a bit… overboard with it.

Monday: Bagels and lox with scallion cream cheese
Tuesday: Mixed sauteed spring vegetables (asparagus, fiddleheads, mushrooms...) topped with shaved Parmesan and a fried egg, served with toasted baguette
Wednesday: Rhubarb and Beet Salad (http://www.bonappetit.com/recipes/2010/04/beet_rhubarb_and_orang...)
Thursday: Out
Friday: Wheatberry and fennel salad
