Thanksgiving 2014

Collecting our t'giving meal recipe selections:

Naturally, the centerpiece remains a traditional Turkey and Dressing. Raw Kale and Brussels Sprouts Salad returned as a fan favorite (Really!), joined this year by a Moroccan Carrot Salad to add a splash of spice to the table, and Ottolenghi's Basmati and Wild Rice with Chickpeas, Currants and Herbs replaced the Quinoa with Butternut Squash dish of previous years as a vegetarian main dish. We added a modern sweet potato casserole, and of course, the easy-to-prep-ahead Dinner Rolls

For dessert, Pumpkin pie and a new treat, Blackberry pie

For the pre-game family dinner, we may have gone a bit overboard with a multi-dish Indian feast:

Lamb Vindaloo

Shahi Paneer

Saag Paneer

Chutneys

Naan

Chana Chaat

...And now, leftovers for a month.
