Sun: Tgiving - pepper jelly/cc/crackers, turkey (14-16lbs), dressing balls, cranberry sauce, cole slaw, tomato salad + brussels sprouts salad, corn casserole, sweet potatoes, peach pie, apple pie
Mon: Turkey Leftovers
Tue: Out to Taberna del Alabardero
Wed: Summer salad (corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, bacon, egg, fried onions)
Thu: Turkey Sammies!!
Fri: HH/Dinner - Beucherts @ 6:30

Mon: Harvest Salad (Apple, cheese, nuts, toasted grains?)   Toast grains for a crunchy garnish. Spread 1 cup cooked quinoa on a parchment-lined baking sheet, dry in a 250dg oven for 3 hours, heat 1/4" oil in a skillet, fry the quinoa in batches until crisp, season with salt
Tue: Tart leftovers + salad
Wed: Steak salad (steak, tomato, red onion, cucumber, hot sauce/horseradish dressing
Thu: Eat all the leftovers (Turkey?)
