Mon: BBQ w/
Tue: Corn salad with tomato/avocado salad and beans on the side
Wed: Brisket leftovers (sammies?)
Thu: Huevos rancheros (half order) with side salad or veg?
Fri: Barbacoa tacos (meat, hot sauce, onions, cilantro, avocado, sour cream)
